Booking and payment

You book a course or workshop through our website. Payment is made in advance and securely via Mollie. Your booking is final once payment is completed; you receive a confirmation by email.

All prices are in euros and include VAT.

Cancellation by you

Up to 14 days before the start you can cancel free of charge and receive a 100% refund.

Between 7 and 14 days before the start we refund 50%.

Within 7 days before the start a refund is no longer possible.

By arrangement you may move your participation to a later date, subject to availability.

Cancellation or changes by us

In case of too few registrations or force majeure we may reschedule or cancel a course or workshop. You will then be offered a new date or a full refund.

Gift cards

A gift card is valid for all courses and workshops and has no expiry date. A gift card cannot be exchanged for money.

Orders and shipping

Shop products carry a flat shipping rate within the Netherlands; the shipping cost and delivery time are shown during checkout. Products are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.

Physical products are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not apply to courses and workshops, as these are services on an agreed date.

Safety and liability

You work with hand tools and machines. Participation is at your own risk; you always follow the safety instructions of our supervisors.

Bovenkamer Utrecht is not liable for damage except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and liability is limited to at most the amount paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
