Who we are
Bovenkamer Utrecht is the controller of your personal data.

What data we process
For a booking: your name and email address. When you buy merchandise we also ask for your shipping address.
Payments are handled by our payment provider Mollie. We do not store any card or bank details ourselves.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure website usage, in two modes. Without consent we only measure anonymously and without cookies (Google Consent Mode): aggregated statistics that cannot be traced to individuals. Only after you accept via the cookie banner are analytics cookies placed for full measurement.
What we use your data for
Handling your booking, payment and any order.
Contacting you about your booking or question.
Meeting legal obligations, such as our administrative and retention duties.
Legal basis
We process your data based on the performance of the contract (your booking), a legal obligation, or your consent where applicable.
How long we keep data
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes above. For our administration the statutory tax retention period of seven years applies.
Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with parties needed to deliver our service, such as our payment provider (Mollie), our hosting and email provider and our analytics platform (Google Analytics; without consent only anonymous and cookieless), and solely for that purpose. Data processing agreements are in place. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use functional cookies needed for the site to work. Analytics cookies are only placed with your consent; without consent we only measure anonymously and without cookies. You manage your preference via the cookie banner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to processing. Email info@bovenkamerutrecht.nl to exercise these rights.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you can file it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
